The section mandates what type of mounting angle that is to be used even though the same section says that the standard doesn't evaluate or qualify the fastening methods or fasteners used to attach the louver assembly frame.
Proposed Change:
Make the angle description a suggestion, guideline, or option, but don't require something that isn't part of the standard
